This is one thing I’m hoping Kaylee will teach me before she graduates. If you’ve ever seen the movie The Piano then you’d know the song. I want to have that memorized. I just love the idea of sitting down at a piano (anywhere, anytime) and playing something beautiful.

“I was absolutely impressed with Kristen’s final project – the embroidery paintings. They expressed a kind of efficient magnificence that is hard to achieve. Her work stood out in the class, both for conceptual and visual sophistication”
Okay, this is quoted from my evaluation from school (what I get instead of grades) from a painting teacher. I guess I can work in other mediums than photography, and I just have to learn that it’s okay to paint my own way (like above). But I’d still love to take a painting class before I graduate – in a year. Too much.
