It sounds cheesey but for a few years now I’ve been determined to come up with the perfect Guacomole recipie and win a Chili-Guac Cookoff my west coast friends hold in CA annually.
In the end it’s all about hanging out with great friends and having an incredible time. However what they don’t know is that I spend the other 11.5 months forever in search and working on the perfect Guacamole recipe that will bring home first place.
Whenever I think about Guacamole or anything that has to do with it. I think of my dear friends in CA. I think they’d have a pretty good laugh if they knew they were associated to the beach, desert, and Guacamole.
