I have always loved receiving letters and I think its a great way to make someones day. It is so much nicer then email. I am going to try to start sending out letters.


incorporate more yoga into my daily life

Starting doing yoga with a fantastic teacher about 3 months ago, once a week, to help with a rotator cuff injury. Wanted to try yoga before surgery. Well it has giving me almost complete range of motion back in my shoulder in only 3 months. I have really found now that beside the help with my injury I really enjoy yoga and would like to go more of it.
