Went to the gym today and it was great.
I feel more energised.I have been going to the gym on regular basis for the past 6 months at least three times a week. And I have noticed improvements. Im excited!

Went to the gym today and it was great.

just got out of a not so serious rebound relationship 4 months ago. And I’m quite keen on the guy at work. But its very hard to go there, seeing as we work together. It would be nice though, working together.
His a gentleman. And i dont think i want just a fling. I used to think he was just really attractive but after hanging out with him. I may actually have some feelings stirring.
what to do what to do!
Last week was busy at work and home. So I only managed 3 sessions at the gym this week.
So I am aiming to go for 4 two hour sessions at the gym. And a lazy Sunday bike ride.
My Usual Routine
Cardio: 30 min of cross trainer, 40 min of light cycling
Weights/muscles: 15min of core work , 30 min of free arm weights
