This feels like a busy work class. I’m only two weeks in, so I’m trying to refrain from judgment. But…
I think one big difference between this class and my first is that for my first class, the text is an unbelievable resource. I actually want to read it. I’ve learned so much just in the text – even without the class. On top of that, the professor has been very intentional not to just teach us the material, but to ensure our success in his class and future classes. It’s nice when people stand behind you and want you to succeed. He’s gone above and beyond what is required, ESPECIALLY considering that it’s an online class.
Anywho.
Here we go:
Week One:
Read chapters 1&2, the instructors notes (which included 2 articles, 5 ppts and 2 videos), made a homepage, and participated in the first group discussion.
Week Two:
Read all of the instrcutor’s notes (all 9 billion of them), and so far that’s it. It’s hard being in two classes at the same time.

Week one:
2 out of the 3 chapters read, 2 power points and 3 websites visited, 90 on the first quiz, and did the introductory post in which I sold myself and abilities a little too well.
Week two:
3 out of the 3 chapters read, 1 power point, 2 simulations, and 3 videos watched, 100 on quiz, 90 on Research Paper topic. Plagiarism paper done (got an 88. Not bad, not great).
Week three:
2 out of the 2 chapters read, 1 power point and 4 videos watched, 100 on quiz. Discussion board thread initiated and responded to two.
Week four:
flew by…
Week five:
completely a blur…
Week six:
working 2 classes at the same time. That’s quite the challenge. In this class, so far I’ve done – 1 ppt, 2 videos, the discussion board forum. Still have to read 2 chapters, take a quiz, and submit the title page for my research paper. Oh – and work on my 20 pager that’s due in two weeks.
Week seven:
Week eight:

With the help of a dear friend and at least 3 or 4 people at the college, I’ve picked my loans, picked my classes and will start school in 3 short weeks.
