I’m just have a general dislike of how the world works, not being rebellious or anything like that. Just that… ok this ones a doozy to put into words… plus it’s a little hypocritical because I do have a hate for these three things… see what i’m getting at. ;)
The corporate world is such an ugly scene. We work 5 days a week busting our asses off to enjoy just 2 of those days. 40+ hours a week, which leaves hardly any time for doing things during the week nights. Some people even work 6 or 7 days a week. I am all for working for your own bread, but the thing is that it could be so much better. I envy those smaller towns where people there actually live. Actually live! Where money is not always something you have to think about. Plus, I dont like the fact that all our fellow employees are in the same situation, we’re all fighting for that higher paying job, all fighting for the big projects, all fighting for that next pay rise. greedy for money.
As for hate, this just shouldn’t exist at all. I actually do not see a reason for it. I don’t think I have ever truely hated someone to the point of no return. I have hated, don’t get me wrong and i have on many occasions. But after sitting back for a while and thinking about it and realising there’s no point in it, it’s all good. Plus it just stirs everything up and creates bad feelings all around.
Be gone with these things!

i found that puting away 25% of my weekly pay check in to one account and then the rest into another one works great. I only use the one with 75% of my pay and never touch the other one. The untouched savings account is a little low at the moment but that’s only because I spent it all on a holiday to Canada and the U.S. recently (which I paid for all on my own, big feat for me but maybe not for others). It’s amazing how quickly you can reach a few grand in the bank, plus the interest helps if you get a good rate.

Everyone definitely has to try this one at least once in their lives. I would have second thoughts about doing it a second time but the experience is a great one!
There are a few things to think of though. Myself and my mates ended up waiting in the 48th Street/7th Ave section (about 4 or 5 blocks away from the actual centre) for about 6 hours for the thing to drop. This was in -2 degrees C cold as well. It was a boring and slow start, but after we started conversations with the people around us, time went a bit quicker. We met 4 lovely girls from the UK and 2 lads and a lass from Texas with whom we spent the rest of the night partying with after the ball dropped.
People that made it all the way to the middle of Times Square were waiting there since midday for their spots. So try and get in early if you can as all the entertainment is amongst the centre blocks.
Awesome experience none-the-less!! But it may only be a once-in-a-lifetime thing :)
