I’ve never been to one of these, nor have I heard of one happening near me. But they sound like a fantastic way to meet people interested in astronomy, sample a wide range of telescopes, camp out under the stars and take in the world above.

I’ve invested so much of myself in learning to fly, and now I want to enjoy what I enjoy about it. I flew so little this year owing to the fact that I was in a different city, but next year I want to log at least 25 hours solo time.
