I did this for the month of October! It wasn’t too hard — eat lots of eggs, soy burgers and bean burritos. :) Also, stay away from the sight or smell of meat. As long as I couldn’t see it or smell it, it was easier. It did lessen my dependence on meat, but I realized that I could never give it up for the rest of my life. However, hopefully I’ll eat less.
