It made me
more fulfilled 
How I did it: At university residence it was difficult to watch TV, but I still did watch at friends' houses or when I went home for vacations. Then I moved in with housemates, and we agreed not to fix the broken TV. I was predisposed to stop but hadn’t committed to the idea, and this arrangement made it easy for me.I still watch DVDs, movies and online video, when I choose to go looking for it.
