I painted my nails with clear polish and that reminded me to not chew on them. Now, they’re long and too strong to bite. :)
It took me 27 yrs, but I did it, and I haven’t been biting my nails for over a month now.

I’m actually doing quite well oin this these days- I am using nail polish to keep myself from biting my nails and it seems to be working.
21 days to form a habit- so I will write entries every three days until oct 20…

Keiko moved without my taking her camping, but she did get to go!
I feel bad about this, but I should try to be better in the future. I should also try to take on less committments.
I found the perfect pair. They are Miss 60 knockoffs (I think- but they might be real) and they cost the equivalent of 10 canadian dollars.
I really never dreamed I would find the perfect pair in Serbia- of all places.
Oh, I so wish I ould do this more often! It doesn’t help that my spouse is morally opposed to dates (he’s just kidding)
I will take him on a date this weekend.
Now where to?
JOhn knows a lot more than I do and is willing to learn- but it’ll be a few months (years?) before either of us have the time.
It would be a good way to spend time together, though.

One more month and I can cross this off my list- but I will continue to be consistent about watching films.
In april I watched “La Traviata” (an opera, but it was in movie form) and “Kadosh”, from Israel.
La Traviata is my favorite opera, so it was nice to watch it.
“Kadosh” wasn’t actually that good, but it did give me a little insight into the lives of orthodox women in Jerusalem.
