How I did it: I used videos on youtube & tutorials on the internet to learn how to apply the caulking. The most difficult part of the entire process was simply cleaning out all of the nasty accumulated hard-water deposits & gunk in the corners.I removed the shower railings and cleaned all of the grout around the caulking as well. How I did it: I make a regular appointment every 8 weeks to donate. The appointment ensures I remember that I'm eligible and that it doesn't take any more time than a lunch break once every couple of months. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started eating about 1200-1500 calories a day every day, plus after about 4 months of the "diet" I started exercising 1-2 times per week (playing roller hockey). An easy motivation was to simply weigh myself every morning (right after I wake up and use the restroom). Then I recorded the numbers at the end of each month to create a graph of my weight loss and posted it on the refrigerator :) Read how I did it…

My wife & I just started the hundredpushups.com challenge last week. We’re both at “level 2” and doing ok so far :)
I started at 330lb, now I weigh 260. At one point I was down to the high 240s; however, now that I feel a ton healthier, I have trouble staying motivated to keep going and my weight is creeping up slowly (gained ~3 lbs last month). Any tips to keep the weight loss going?
