During the AM hours I’m at my best, but I get weighed down with cyber time. How much email and R&D can someone one do? Apparently a whole morning’s worth. Seeing this goal has inspired me. I’m taking my morning back. At the moment my whole day is to myself. I need to take advantage of this freedom. More mornings outdoors or at the gym is the first step. I can check email during my morning tea and b’fast, but that’s it. Then off to do, do, do.

Well thanks to the economy my boyfriend and me are cooking it up. We’ve cut way back with eating out. So because of it we’re exploring a lot of new recipes and really enjoying it. for the most part are dishes are tasty. Of course occasionally we have a rather bland meal, but experimentation with spices is the best way to figure it out. My knife skills have also gotten SO much better. We’re volunteering in a kitchen once a week which is a great way to learn. The woman we cook with is a fabulous cook. She is full of helpful tips and great ideas.
I finally started back up again and it feels great. Since I have more time on my hands I’m able to go twice a week. Can’t say I’m practicing yoga FT yet because I just started it up again. I’d like to check back in a month.
