I now usually take a 20+ minute walk 3 times a week, I think that’s as close as I’m going to get :)

How I did it
How I did it: I found as many books I thought I would enjoy as I could and found ways to make time for reading almost every day. I read different lengths of book - short novels as well as longer and have been amazed at how much reading I can get done if I put my mind to it. Read how I did it…

My handwriting is appalling. My parents can’t even read my post it notes. I am going to accept this and move on!
I’m on 28, so I’m going better than the books. It seems like lately all the films shown on TV don’t appeal to me though. I hope they show some interesting stuff soon.
