I’m afraid I’m falling out of love with him (after 3.5 years). I don’t know how… until a week ago I felt magic every time I was with him, but I don’t miss him like I should now that he is gone again. Maybe I’m just getting cold feet, but I am not sure I can really ever be content with him. I’ve never had a problem with feeling committed to him before, and I’ve never been unrealistic in my expectations. Maybe that is the problem. I just don’t know anymore…
I signed up for a class with my university this fall. Hopefully afterwards I will be confident enough in my skating and passing that I will be able to play drop in with my boyfriend!
A week ago I had my first lesson. It went pretty well, actually. I only stalled twice (once right away trying to drive in 1st, the other trying to pull up at a stop sign so I could see). I’m pretty pleased so far. I only drove around town so I only got up to 3rd, but I heard that is the hard part anyway.
I’ve made this a personal challenge, and I only have a few weeks left to finish it. The only car I will be able to use to visit my boyfriend (long distance relationship… 200 miles apart) is standard so I would really like to learn before he leaves. I’ll be practicing more as soon as I can…
I haven’t missed class except for being sick in a long time. And I think I can safely say I will stay on track now. Checking this off now…
Well here we go again… our year together was great, but now it is time to be at school. At least now I know how wonderful it will be when we don’t have to do this anymore.
i should be leaving in 3.5 months! i am so excited, even though it is just for school and isn’t permanent. but that will come after school… :-D
after two long years, i finally get to move up to be closer to my boyfriend. just a few more months… it has definitely been worth the wait though.
best thing about adding this to my list is that i am skipping class at this very moment
one more appointment, then we’re scheduling taking them off!! finally! hopefully in time to be a bridesmaid in my cousin’s wedding!
getting my permit renewed this week. i am going to really do this this summer. i am. i really really am this time.
Application complete. Now I just have to hear back from them and make up my mind…
