How I did it: We attended Baseball, we watched on TV basketball, tennis, cricket, hockey, bullriding, soccer, AFL football and through it all I yawned!I attended all of my son's football games and spoke to many people about sport, I just don't like sport. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Parts of this year were the best of my life, the first three months didn't turn out that way and a lot of negative stuff happened which caused alot of tears and depression and I didn't think this goal would work, but then September thru to November we had our trip away and it made up almost for the negative stuff Read how I did it…
How I did it: First of all I lost a huge amount of weight, (15 kilograms) I had that goal in mind and then got invited to two weddings which meant "DRESSING UP" so then I had to tone up to fit into sexy dresses,I decided the second wedding which was my nephews was close enough to the date of my one year anniversary in weight loss to unveil the new me. I’ve done two painting classes still am doing them,and signed up for two more,I finished one of painting faces, and I did two meditation classes, I’m taking sewing lessons and the VERY best piece of news I can share with you all is I AM GOING TO BE A GRANDMA!!!! Mid November, woo hoo!!

got started on a piece for my 6 month art course, and as i splashed paint and then sprayed water all over the canvas I smiled and remembered, THIS IS WHY I do art the little girls in my loves the mess that comes out into something (hopefully) beautiful! Ive missed art and I promise I’m not going to go without art anymore!! No one has the power to take that from me again!
Laughed till I cried with my middle child and youngest child, we were watching some silly film clip on YouTube and we all ended up rolling around holding our tummies tears streaming down our faces, and I remembered why I made this goal, laughing that hard felt so good!

Fun for me, went to the yearly church book sales, I stayed in my budget of $20:00 and still got 7 books and a magazine, that’ll keep me busy for a week or so.
