Well, I am involved in a project now which isn’t exactly a sci-fi novel, but close enough.
I’m helping with the creation of a role-playing game book.
I’m pretty pumped/excited about this.

We have a ‘spare room’ in the apartment which I have actually tacked up a poster copy of the Area 51 no trespassing sign on the door of. I don’t go in there. Only the hubby does. And while I wasn’t happy that our 3-bedroom place was essentially 2 bedrooms at this rate, I was happy because the mess was somewhat contained.
However, now, things have started overtaking my computer room and now that I’m moved into the living room (where the a/c is) for the summer, I fear it will just be worse by the time I move back in the fall.
I want to reclaim my computer room but not only reclaim it, but clear out the excess crap so I can get not only another bookshelf but also a cabinet of some sort to properly store all of my excess computer bits and bobs, cables, spare HDs, tool kit, connectors, etc., as well as perhaps my computer-related books (the collection of which seems to be growing nearly exponentially), so that’s the plan.
I’m three courses into my eleven course program with the followin results:
Web Design Level 1: 99%
Dreamweaver: 99%
I’m just waiting on my results for Web Design Level 2, which may be a few weeks yet.
I have decided, however, that if my college doesn’t offer courses in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop by the time I finish my certificate, I will enroll in online courses through another college (which I have already looked into) for these programs.
