I changed my breakfast meal to yogurt, granola, and fruit, and as a result I’ve been having fruit at least once a day. I’ve also been bringing lunch to work and including some version of fruit in the meal. And I always have vegetables with or for dinner, so I’m actually doing quite well! I imagine it might become more difficult once it starts getting cold though…

I’ve been slacking on this for quite a while, but I did put some cd’s up for sale on ebay the other day. Once I trade out my summer & winter closets, I’ll start selling the clothes.
You know what? I don’t really care about keeping in touch with people I’m not already connecting with on a regular basis. It’s not worth me putting out effort that I’m not getting back from them.
