I said: ‘I’m very bad at my job, and I’ve gotta leave to go to uni soon anyway, so if you want to fire me, that’d be ok.’
They said: ‘Don’t worry – we don’t want to fire you.’
I said: ‘Ok, then I quit.’
Next time I went to work, they left a note saying: ‘If it’s all the same to you, we’ll keep you on a little longer.’
WHAT?!
I need to do this.
But I need to find a new one first…
Argh. Over two years I’ve been at this job. Scary much?
