I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago. Now to proceed on the road to recovery.

How I did it: I took the cheap, slow and steady route. My work offered educational assistance - full tuition if you get an A or B is pretty typical. I’m actually finally planning to go! I’ve gotten work approval, and I’m actively making plans.
It’s been three years and counting. I can actually say I know something about Kalaripayattu, although I do not know the entire system, and still consider myself very much a student.
But it’s been great so far. I still really enjoy classes, I’ve learned a bit about long and short stick, as well as kicks, punches and leaps. Last spring, I was able to participate in learning and experience kalari massage, and this summer I’m learning how to treat a sprained ankle (my own!) kalari style.
