While in LA last week I decided that if I didn’t do it then, I would never get the courage. So, while in Hollywood, my friend convinced me to get my tattoo right then and there. I was sick and wasn’t at all expecting to get it done that day. I do not regret it one bit though, it didn’t even hurt…more like, tickled. I got a rosary on my hip in honor of my grandmother, and I couldn’t be happier with the results :)

So, I’ve gone about 6 months without buying anything new… no new clothes, books, music, nada. And honestly, it feels great. I don’t have to torment myself about getting or not getting something – I just don’t. I’ll admire it and say it would be nice to have whatever… but that’s it. Then I walk away. It honestly does save you tons of money in the long wrong. Plus, I live on an intern’s salary (which mean, um, nothing) and can’t afford to be buying things I don’t need anyway. So, I’m glad that I’ve decided to stop because I’m so much better without. =)
So now it’s all over (though I haven’t actually paid this semester’s tuition yet, but… whatever). No 4.0s for me this semester, ‘cause to be honest I’m not really a smart person. But I did come out with a A, A, A-, and B. =) I don’t find that to be bad at all. 3.68 and the Dean’s List at last! Of course, my cumulative GPA doesn’t look like that at all… I’ll live though. Now I need to get a career or something. Ugh, not looking forward to the real world. Boo.
