eating better this week, but still room for improvement. key thing is to sleep more now, thats a huge issue at the moment and I know I will feel a whole lot better if I get enough sleep.

How I did it: saved up the fee, travelled to London and participated fully questions! Highly recommend it for anyone planning an expedition or fieldwork. I attended last year and this year. Its an incredible experience, to be surrounded by explorers and adventurers and people who say yes and don't spend their life worrying about all the what ifs. 2 days worked over the weekend and have holidays sorted now, just hope boss pays me now:)
really positive weekend, just have to keep momentum up. Have community day tomorrow, which I love, but find difficult when module leaders about as they are really defeatest and always bring me down and then I start to doubt myself. But only two more of those sessions left. Have to take everything one step at a time. Aim to attend all of my lectures this week and not get down by med school attitudes.
