Giving up for now. I just don’t have the time, and have a number of other things I’d like to focus my creative energy on right now.

I’ve been going to the gym for an hour, 3-4 times a week. I’m happy to have found a gym that’s got a chill atmosphere (it’s open air/fans and skylights rather than air conditioning & fluorescent bulbs) and I’m definitely hooked on being there regularly. I’m feeling good, and want to meet with a personal trainer soon. I also plan to mix it with a bit of hot yoga now that the weather’s cooling down again.
For a while there I wasn’t getting a lot of exercise. I had stopped going to yoga as it didn’t work with my job schedule. I ran around a lot for my job (as a photographer) so by the end of the day I was pretty tired.
Now that it’s summer again, I’m back to exercising more. I’m going to the gym 3 times a week and on my off days I try to get some other sort of exercise, like bike rides, walks, or swims in the ocean.
I’d like to start going to yoga again once the weather gets cooler. Right now I’d rather be in an open air gym or outside than in a hot yoga studio.
