I’m giving up on this because I think WW kept me to focused on weight loss when what I really need is muscle mass. Dieting when already at a ‘normal’ weight without consistent exercise resulted in the same shape and muscle not fat loss. I’ve been kind of dissatisfied with my Curves gym so I’ve decided to try a personal trainer. I’m hoping with a trainer I will learn new ways to exercise and be active, switching my focus from dieting to toning. Wish me luck :)

I have a plan. I can keep going. I’m not going to be discouraged by how long it took or what issues of life got in the way. Its not a race, I’m learning for myself and I’m enjoying it. I’m grateful for the opportunity and measure my success based on my personal experience. I refuse to think my degree is worthless, even if it doesn’t command much in the economy. It has been my journey of faith. These week I’m reading Thackeray’s Vanity Fair – it’s hilarious. I’m having a good time.
