confused at some point 3 weeks ago

i dont get it most of the time, in each relationship i get in ill put everything into it. not in a forceful way but in a way jus to make the other one smile like noone else could, but it seems each time i think its going to work out its the complete oppisite and it ends with me feeling at a loss. im getting used to it but i wont give up and i hope i will find the girl that will make me feel perfect. thank you hope you can help
