I haven’t updated this site in a while, but I successfully defended my PhD one year ago!!! YAYYY!!!



drink more water
more water = happier + healthier 3 years ago

I have been drinking about 64 oz of water a day, roughly 8 glasses, for the past 6 months. Doing this has really improved my sense of well being, my energy, my skin, my eating habits, AND I have managed to avoid all the colds and flus going around for the past 6 months!!! It could be psychosomatic, but regardless I highly recommend doing this!

My trick has been to get a bottle of water every other day (16.9 oz bottle) and refill it 5-6 times throughout the work day. I feel a bit bad about all the empty bottles, but I recycle them religiously.



Spend less time fooling around on the net and more time actually working
