How I did it: I just said "No!" And maybe it helped, I'm not sure. I have been eating lots more fruits and vegetables, but I think that is partially due to a renewed motivation to be healthy. I am sure that eating far less sugar did contribute to that. And I have REALLY lowered my sugar cravings. So I guess that does make it at least somewhat worth it. I am just not sure what to attribute to this goal and what to say is from other factors. Read how I did it…
