I don’t even know where to start.
ok, so Jan 1st wasn’t the best day to get started. January 3rd was. I went indoor rock climbing yesterday. Today I’m going to do something else active, not sure what yet.
I got a GPS for Christmas but I’m so bummed. It doesn’t have the ability to take in global coordinates, only street addresses. I’m going to have to sell it and buy another one.
My friends and I have created “Fat Club”. We meet every Friday morning to weigh in and try to motivate each other to loose weight. Today I weighed in at 228 pounds. Too large!!! This week I’m going to excercise and eat well and we’ll see how the scale reacts.
I got a new GPS for Cheistmas, Yay!! This week I’m going to try geoaching. It sounds so fun. Hiking with a purpose.
January first seems a good a day as any to start getting into shape. Today is going to be the first day of my 30 day challenge. Working out every day for 30 days is the first step in making fitness a habit and a routine. I know I can do it.
My hair looks horrible. the grey is showing through and the colour is way off. I have to colour it this week. No more procrastinating.
I’ve never been this heavy and my goal is to lose 25 in 6 months. I think that’s realistic.
