alright so my problem is when i get motivated i dont want to eat, and i dont eat like anything. and then i get bored or lose touch with my goal or feel defeated and then im like well i havent eaten anything ill just have something i want! so when i eat its jsut plain bad for me. i woke up at 6am, it’s 5pm and this is what ive eaten so far.
snack at 10:30pm: 2 cookies
snack at 2:30pm:small bag of pretzels
lunch at 5pm:10 pieces of vegi sushi
im planning on doing 40 minutes of cardio 4 times a week, and we shallsee how that goess! =]
