How I did it: I was going through some hard times and met a personal trainer through a friend. I mentioned I was thinking of running a half and next thing I knew she was designing a program for me.I actually ended up losing more than I expected. Last year at my heaviest I was 179 lbs and I am down to about 161 now (My height is 5'10").Instead of just running at the same pace all the time like I used to, I did a lot of strength training and speed interv… Read how I did it…
