This seems to be slightly long term. I’m smoking less now, which is better than nothing. Slowly the people around me that do smoke are quitting as well. It’ll give me new-found motivation.

I seem to be sleeping less than 6 hours a day. Sometimes down to 2 or 3, for weeks on end. Bad habit of mine.
