Really, nothing is more relaxing to me than the 7-10 minutes it takes to put out a good deuce. However, there is more to the deuce than just the act. It requires a good amount of eating beforehand, not to mention the particular care one must give in order to eat the proper food in good portions.

The best deuce is from a natural, balanced diet with not too much of any one food (or type of food), and fast food is acceptable in moderation as long as some other home-cooked items are eaten to balance out the inherent fattiness that upsets the balance in consistency that a good, solid deuce requires.
