have recently passed the $30000 mark. it’s a mix of RRSP’s (same as 401K’s for my American friends) cash and mutual funds. I’ll keep on going and I’lm sure i’ll hit my goal in a few years.

How I did it: Talking about investing in property for a while we decided to approach a mortgage broker to see if we could swing it and turns out we could! we looked around for a bit and found something we liked, put some money into in to fix it up a bit and then found some tenants. It a lot of work, more than you might think. Kinda like death by a thousand cuts because i found it to be a lot of smaller things to get done and not a lot of bigger things.… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Being a huge Bruins fan and living in the Toronto area sometimes sucks. There are a ton of hockey fans but not so many that share the same passion for the Bruins. It was great being able to sit at the Gardens and cheer on the B's among all other B's fans. Don't get to do that too often. 5-1 against hated Montreal made things so much better too! I'll have to make it a playoff tradition :). Read how I did it…
How I did it: I always wanted a dog growing up butmy parent didn't so no dog. I had to wait until i was on my own and owned my own house before i could get one and now i have Jack! Read how I did it…

Loved the movie, loved the soundtrack, love to travel, loved McCandless’ spirit. Seems like a whorth while trip to me!
Surreal feeling really. So happy that they were able to pull through and take it home :)!!! I hope every hardcore fan gets to experience a championship at some point in their lifetime cause it’s an awesome feeling! Except the Habs of course, those SOB’s can eat sh*t!
