How I did it: Talking about investing in property for a while we decided to approach a mortgage broker to see if we could swing it and turns out we could! we looked around for a bit and found something we liked, put some money into in to fix it up a bit and then found some tenants. It a lot of work, more than you might think. Kinda like death by a thousand cuts because i found it to be a lot of smaller things to get done and not a lot of bigger things.… Read how I did it…

How to see a Boston Bruins game in Boston
It took me

grin from ear to ear

How I did it: Being a huge Bruins fan and living in the Toronto area sometimes sucks. There are a ton of hockey fans but not so many that share the same passion for the Bruins. It was great being able to sit at the Gardens and cheer on the B's among all other B's fans. Don't get to do that too often. 5-1 against hated Montreal made things so much better too! I'll have to make it a playoff tradition :). Read how I did it…

In my ever changing list of places to go, I have New Zealand and Egypt topping the list so that would take care of #’s 5 and 6 ( Although admittedly, Egypt woulnd’t really feel like Africa). Antartica is going to be such a problem to get to if for no other reason than the sheer cost of getting their.

Fly First Class

Every flight you take you always get marched through first class on the way back to your tight cramped seat at the back. It’s not a huge deal but it does look so much more comfortable up there, problem is, it’s usually $1000’s more per seat making it, in myh eye’s anyway, totally not worth the price. I’ll probably never pay that kind of money to actually book a 1st class ticket but i’m sure there’s more than a few ways to get up there without paying some crazy price.
