I don’t want to but i know i should – usually the child in me wins – sometimes it is difficult to be disciplined – any tips on how to overcome this would be welcome.
i’m rubbish at doing excercise usually because I managed to think myself out of working hard enough to make it worthwhile. Today, though, i was definately working out hard, and its actually so much more satisfying – no need to feel guilty when not being lazy – why don’t i remember the satisfaction of working hard all the time?
