I'm doing 36 things
We have owned our condo for the past 8 years. I do consider this “owning a home” but this goal is about “buying a house” which we consider to be our next step. We have found it a bit frustrating to find an interested buyer in this housing climate. However, we are staying encouraged, since we really only need one interested buyer. We can’t move forward until we sell our condo, since we will need the proceeds from the sale to buy the next place.

Hopefully it will arrive soon. There are many other movies, etc also on our list that we want to see soon.
We paid off all of our personal credit card debt. Now we just have a loan for my business, student loans, and our mortgage. We are getting there… And I am happy that at least it is all debt for “investment” purposes, rather than pointless consumer debt.
