How I did it: Ran in the Milton Keynes Bananaman 10K!! It's an excellent race, for Leukaemia Research.  You have to race against 10 dudes in bananasuits and try to overtake as many as you can.  Unfortunately I was pretty ill on the morning, really shouldn't have run, so really struggled all the way around, even though I'd been doing that kind of distance in practice runs for about 3 weeks, but it was still a great sense of achievement.  … Read how I did it…
