I thought this meant something, but it didn’t. I wish like hell I had never gone to grad school as a means of trying to reinvent myself after a bad breakup- it just made things worse. In hindsight, so many years later, I can forgive myself for the mistake and am happy to walk away. That is, until I see my student loan bills come creeping in. Think REALLY hard about going to grad school- make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons.
