I love CrossFit. I heard about it over 2 years ago, and couldn’t wait to sign up. It is so much fun and my strength, coordination, flexibility, endurance, coordination etc have improved so much!
I was lucky in that there was a Crossfit gym close to my house. I think it would be trickier to do it by yourself. Just be careful about form. Maybe find someone once in a while who can watch to make sure you are doing it right, particularly the squats…

For me, the trick was finding a floss I liked. I now have the “deep clean” tape stuff and it doesn’t shred in my teeth and feels like I am actually accomplishing it.
I keep it next to the toothpast and it has become part of my routine.
