I just finished a couple of chic lits (bridget jones diary, the devil wears prada and the second assistant.) I think it is my new guilty pleasure. Haha.



lose weight
I need to lose 30 pounds. 2 years ago

Just doing this for health reasons. I already feel good with my body but my doctor wants me to lose the extra weight. So starting now, I’ll just be watching what I eat and exercise. I’ll try waking up early in the morning and do yoga before I go to work.

So much for this goal. o_o Anyway I’ll start my 7-8 hour sleep a day today. My “ideal plan” is for me to sleep at around 11 or 12. (I don’t think I can ever sleep earlier than that… but we’ll see.)
