It seems so simple but I am pretty sure I will forget to do this. What makes me happy is finally starting to work out again little by little. It’s given me hope that I can still get my act together regardless of how I am feeling. Now if I can only get the rest of my priorities in check…

How I did it: I used to drink lots of soda in middle school, but I had trouble sleeping at night. I realized that the problem was I was drinking soda for dinner every night, and the caffeine kept me awake. Once I got to high school, I eliminated caffeinated beverages from my diet -- aside for the occasional going out or ordering pizza (doesn't taste too good with water). How I did it: I spent my free time watching episodes on the internet, and because they are short - 20 minutes. I could go through them quickly. I don't recommend spending watching an entire season during a day though -- cause I found myself getting ansy and fast forwarding. But I watched up to season 5 over the summer. How I did it: I am a bottler. I used to hold everything inside, and had a hard time of coping with many issues -- emotionally, mentally. And I found that writing about it allowed me to express myself, and let me feel freer. As I got older, and continued to write, I enjoyed it more and more. My writing grew, and so did I.
