In an effort to make these more measurable I’ll say I want to swim at least once every two weeks, for at least a year. Two months down, ten to go.

How I did it: Hard. (Not in that way, but I fell...hard.)If there was a guaranteed way to do it, someone would have already exploited it and made billions of dollars off the process. There are no rules, and any advice I could give wouldn't apply to everyone. So, just love. It makes it a lot easier to fall. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I called and asked when I could help in any way they needed. I did some scanning, some research, whatever was needed on the days I was available. I only went three times during the summer, but it's something I'll continue to do as long as volunteers are needed. Read how I did it…
How I did it: The boyfriend built our bed. I didn't really do anything..It took him most of the summer to make. It's a platform with night stands, but they can easily be removed. There's not quite enough room in our bedroom to use them, I don't think. I did buy the mattress, and a memory foam mattress pad. That's contributing, right? It's pretty fantastical. I usually participate in NaNoWriMo, but this semester, I’ve just been too busy with classes and work. Maybe I’ll do my own little personal novel writing month one day this summer and knock out this goal. Again.
I switched to Goodreads instead of Shelfari. It’s much more organized and easier to use. I don’t use it to keep track of my reviews so much as what I’ve read and when I read it, but it’s interesting to read others’ reviews before I get into a new book.
