Iowa is a good school, you can get a degree here, you can go on to get a job. But how the hell am I supposed to get into law school when I don’t know a single one of my professors? As a psychology student all of my classes are HUGE. I figured by my junior year classes would have gotten a bit smaller, but unfortunately this has not been the case. Now tell me, who is gong to write a recommendation for a student they don’t even know?
So what to do? I’ve applied to a different college in Ohio. The school is much smaller so I’ll actually be able to meet some of my profs, plus I’ll be able to intern with a law firm out there. Hopefully this will help my chances of getting accepted to law school…
After failing to convince either my aunt or my dad to teach me in their relatively nice cars, Andrew succumbed to my wishes and let me take his 93 Chevy out for a spin. While this probably wasn’t the wisest decision he’d ever make I did fairly well. At least the clutch didn’t fallout.
