Be prepared to work your ass off. It may look pretty from the outside, but the inside isn’t all lipgloss and push up bras. Your working for a billion dollar company. The store I work in easily pushes out 4 mil in merchandise a year. It’s hard work, especially if you’re management, and the pay isn’t spectacular [it’s retail!] but the company provides you with great incentives to stick around.
