Today, I met an elderly woman at my college. I work in the Learning Center and she came in to have someone read the first page of something she had just scribbled. She told me that she had decided to take down her life by writing once a day for twenty minutes. What I read was amazing. She was really intriguing. I decided that I wanted to do this as well.

So, I am going to be studying in Australia for 5 months, and I decided that I want to start losing weight before I go. I am going to try to keep a weekly update on my weight here. I leave on the 11th of July, so that is my goal. I have 60 days. Wish me luck!
