In preparing my house for sale, I have been reducing the clutter. I have gotten rid of a box of books and four bags of stuff. I have discarded a winter coat, clothing, an ice tray, tea cups, and aprons.

That is what he asked tonight. Yeah, nothing. But it is not my job. It is your job. So I ask you, what have you done to make yourself happy?
Yesterday I started the process of prepping the house for sale. We did yard work and I cleaned the clothing and cleaning supply closets. I came to a dress that I wore on one of our first dates and put it in the pile of clothes to discard. It made me feel sad to do that. I feel sad and afraid. I can see that this is an opportunity for me to be brave. I will take the dress out of the thrift store pile for this round, but I will be brave and continue to get the house ready for sale.
