Become a Jazzercise Instructor
Wow, a little motivation

This goal has been in the back of my mind but I haven’t felt ready to pursue it. I go to Jazzercise regularly and day dream while I am in class of teaching the class myself. However, I decided that it would be best to be a student for a least a year first. I haven’t felt confident enough to approach the owner of the center about being one of her instructors. Well, sometimes what you secretly want reaches out to you. I was approached by the instructor today and she asked me if I had ever considered being an instructor. She said that I would be great and that she was moving soon and needed someone to replace her. I felt so great when she asked me that. I am going to try to get into the training workshop in April. That means that this week I do need to actually approach the owner.

The number was up but my spirits remained high

I have not been focused on this goal for the past three weeks. I have been eating a lot of sugary cereal. I could feel the difference in my body so I went to weigh in at weight watchers. I was up two pounds. I was expecting more. I don’t see this as a major set back. I am proud of myself for being honest and going in to weigh in when I knew that I had gained. This is something that I never did in the past. I would be on my weight-loss plan, lose the weight then check out and it would slowly go back on. I feel like I have the will power and skills now to catch myself before twenty pounds suddenly creeps back on.
