I told my boyfriend that if I have another cigarette I have to buy him Flashpoint, which is an excellent reason for me never, ever to have another cigarette – can never lose a bet!!

I quit smoking on the 28th February 2009, and did brilliantly, but I have recently started having a few cheeky ones again. Today I had six cigarettes in about an hour, which is when I realised I’m going to have to quit all over again!!I’m slightly daunted by quitting again, as this time I know what is ahead of me – cravings and mad mood swings – but also determined to really do it for real this time, and not to undo all my previous good work!
