How I did it: I joined a local group on Ravelry, NL Knitters and Crocheters. They started having meet-ups every week at the local museum. So I went last night and had a blast! There were 12 of us. It was so inspiring! And soooo nice to finally have friends who knit! Can't wait to go back. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I backpacked part of Europe with a couple of buddies in 2007. Barcelona was one of the best stops. It's so unique. The architecture was incredible! And the street performers blew my mind; their costumes were amazing. I couldn't believe the beach we stumbled on one day. It was absolutely awesome. Such deep, warm water. How I did it: I've been thinking about adopting for a long time and now that we're settled into our new house we're finally in a place where we can get another cat. So we went to the SPCA to look at the kittens and Frankie was the first we saw. He started crawling all over Steve, up and around his neck, and I could see that Steve fell in love with him right away. He was super playful and liked to cuddle so he was a perfect fit!
