i put the sk8s on whilst i was sitting on the park bench but i didn’t know how to get up, n i was holding on 2 my sisters neck so tightly. But as they say if ya never ask ya never know so we asked this women who was also learning to sk8 she showed me how to fall, get up and walk the basics, i felt like a todler learning how to walk for the first time. so end of day one i could walk by my self and i never even fell! ( well only wen i was practicing to fall safely).
what i’ve learned is to keep your feet parallel hips width apart and bend your knees, it doesn’t look as silly as it feels!
