I went to see Love Actually when it came out. I don’t think my family and friends wanted to see it and I didn’t have a boyfriend at the time.
I think most people just feel awkward doing it but it was great.
I felt proud of myself and very brave.
No one said anything so I think we judge it more than others do.

How I did it: I went to see Love actually in the theater when it came out. I planned to see it alone as no one else that I knew wanted to see it. If you look at me, I don’t look fat. But I am an apple shape, which means I put all my weight on in my stomach! I look pregnant even though I’m not.
My hubby and I have been on a 6 week holiday to North America and put on 3kg each (that’s about 10 pounds). I’d like to lose weight especially around my middle and I’d appreciate any help I can get.
After trying many methods of meditating, I’m finding the need to do my own thing. Just as long as I sit still and “think” still I should be okay. I’m starting with guided meditation and then will be working on my own. If you have any tips I’d love to hear them.
