Just got back from North Carolina!! Another one down. Almost half way there and Im starting to plan my next trip. North Carolina was great! The beaches were the best part. If you are planning on going look up the outer banks! Easy to get around and plenty to do.

I want to buy some land and make a shelter to help abused pugs. There is actually a big issue with this and they are such little loving creatures. I can believe anyone would want to do something like that. I own a pug and he is extremely close to my heart and I would like to help out with other pugs out there.
So I looked into a few things. I now know how much fat I need to cut and how much muscle that I need to build. Experts say that a healthy gain of muscle would be up to 1lb per week. Also a healthy loss of fat would be 1lb per week. I can do that. So by figureing this…
My Current Weight = 178lbs My Goal Weight = 185lbs
My Current Body Fat = 11% (20lbs) Mt Goal Body Fat = 6% (11lbs)
I need to lose 9 lbs of body fat while building 16 lbs of lean muscle. This should put me out to mid November for the body fat but late January for the lean muscle. Not bad. As long as I keep working at it and dont over train.
Im currently developing different workouts based on an 8 week plan. After the 8 weeks I take a full week off and just rest and recover. I am also cuebing my nutrition and eating habbits. I can do this.
